Living Reef Orlando accepts returns of new products in their original packaging within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund subject to shipping and restocking fees.

• Returns must be requested and pre-approved over e-mail via sales@livingreeforlando.com
• Products must be unused and unopened. Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
• Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable
• Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be deducted from your refund
• Please retain all product packaging and tags until you’re completely satisfied with your purchase
• Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival
  
• Any specialty order item, custom item, or drop ship item can not be canceled after order is placed.
• All aquarium deliveries must be inspected at the time of arrival. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims for shipping damage reported outside of this window.

Returns and Refunds for Livestock

Living Reef Orlando offers an arrive alive guarantee for all of our corals and inverts, and a 24 hour guarantee once the coral/imvert is placed in your aquarium. In the event of a DOA we will offer store credit.

• In the event of a DOA take a picture of the coral in the bag and send an email to sales@livingreeforlando.com
• The DOA must be submitted within the same day to be eligible for store credit
  
• In the event the coral/invert does not survive past our 24 hour guarantee take a picture of the coral/invert and send an email to sales@livingreeforlando.com
• It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions to keep your animals alive and healthy.
• Shipping charges for livestock will not be credited
• Do not discard the specimen unless instructed to do so
• UPS weather delays and mechanical failures that result in a loss of livestock are not covered under our guarantee
• Incorrect shipping addresses are not covered under our guarantee.
