Return an Item (RMA)
RMA approval for items under warranty make returns quick and easy.
Living Reef Orlando Return Guidelines
If you would like to return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 60 days of the date your order shipped. Beyond 60 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
Your return should be placed back inside the original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, cables, etc., where applicable. If you still have the original shipping box and packing material (peanuts, air pillows and/or paper), we encourage you to use them again when you send in your return. You will be presented with the opportunity to print a pre-paid shipping label during the online RMA process. Keep in mind you do not have to use our return shipping label. You can also ship the item(s) back yourself using the courier of your choice.
RMA Type Options
Only one RMA type (refund or replacement) per request. If two products in the same order require different actions, please use two separate RMA requests.
RMA Processing Time
Once a return has been delivered to Living Reef Orlando you will be mailed a replacement (generally within 2 business days) or receive a refund to your credit/debit card, depending on the Return Type you selected when acquiring the RMA. It usually takes credit/debit card companies 2 to 3 business days after a refund is issued to process the transaction and make the funds available in your account.
We are unable to accept returns of Digital Aquatics, GHL, Neptune Systems, Vertex Aquaristik, Aqua Illumination (AI) or EcoTech Marine products once the manufacturer’s packaging seals have been broken.
