Livestock Guarantee

At Living Reef Orlando, we believe in providing only the best for both our animals and our customers. Our expert aquarists carefully examine all livestock, and screen them for exceptional health. Living Reef Orlando is committed to top quality, which is why we offer a 24 Hour guarantee on any purchase- so you can buy with confidence! If your new aquarium addition does not stay alive for 24 hours, we will issue you a store credit or replacement for your loss purchase.

In the event that a loss occurs:

  • Do not discard the specimen, as doing so will void the guarantee.
  • Do not ship any specimen back without Living Reef Orlando’s knowledge, as doing so will void the guarantee.
  • Email us a clear photo of the specimen within 24 hours of delivery as posted by shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • A recipient must be present to sign at the time of first delivery attempt to accept the package or the guarantee will be void.
  • Some of our rarest corals and fish do not fall under our 24 Hour guarantee. 
  • Guarantee not valid on in-store pick ups.
  • If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placement, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • Living Reef Orlando is not responsible if your coral becomes unattached or goes missing inside the tank.
  • We do not refund credit or refund the shipping costs.
  • You may be required to send in a water sample.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements for any livestock that does not fall under guarantee.
  • Our 24 Hour Livestock Guarantee only pertains to online purchases. In-Store purchases fall under the in-store Livestock Guarantee found on your receipt.
  • Living Reef Orlando does reserve the right to make changes at any time to Return policy.

How To Return A Product?

If you would like to return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Returned items must be sent back to us in new and unused condition in the original packaging along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, cables, etc.

Beyond 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. 

Getting a RMA number is easy. We can handle it for you if you contact us.  Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and sent back.

We are unable to accept returns of Digital Aquatics, Neptune Systems, Vertex Aquaristik, Aqua Illumination (AI) or EcoTech Marine products once the manufacturer’s packaging seals have been broken.
